The Big Dipper BBQ 2 is a family owned and operated business. Branching off of the original Big Dipper BBQ in Apalachin, Big Dipper BBQ 2 offers the same traditional family recipes. Big Dipper BBQ 2 has offered friendly service and smiles to thousands in Conklin since opening day on June 4th, 2011. Serving our famous chicken, pulled pork, and ribs, we also operate a lovely ice cream stand. Delicacies such as the well-known Perry’s hard ice cream and Perry's traditional vanilla, chocolate, and twist soft-served ice cream are sure to bring a smile upon your face. Binghamton BBQ Battle 2016 Champions
We are absolutely HONORED to say that - with all your support, we were voted CHAMPIONS of the Binghamton BBQ Battle 2016!
We want to give a big congrats to runner up, Ozzie's Brisket BBQ Grill, and winner of best side dish (which was a fantastic cornbread), Muffer's Kitchen! As to all the other participants, you all did an amazing job - everyone had some delicious BBQ!
Again, thank you everyone that came and made this event such a big hit! It was all for a spectacular cause - and all the proceeds go to the Family Enrichment Network.
Once again, we are absolutely honored to have won the challenge, thanks to you - our customers. It was a great experience and we were glad we could be a part of it!
